If you need a personal assistance, do not hesitate to send us a message by email or simply call us. A BBD file and a photo of your setup are often enough to give you the necessary advises to allow you to perform the measurement you would like to do.

Using Skype and a communication software like Teamviewer you will have in your lab the expert you need!
We will take control of your instrument and will show you, step-by-step, how to select the parameters that fit your experiment.
